As a Jira Service Management (JSM) administrator, you can easily configure My Tasks. There are two options to access My Tasks global configurationConfiguration:

→ from the main Jira menu by selecting , select Settings (located in the upper right corner of your screen) → Apps → My Tasks: Get started

From here, you have several options:

you You can enable My Tasks, which will make it visible on the Customer Portal for all Jira Service Management project to be visible on the Customer Portalprojects and all users.

When you click on either the Support, or Documentation button in the upper right corner of your screen → a confirmation dialog appears with directions that the link leads outside Jira
