As a JSM administrator, you can access My Tasks global configuration:

→ from the main Jira menu by selecting Settings (upper right corner of your screen) → Apps → My Tasks: Get started

From here, you have several options:

→ you can enable My Tasks for all Jira Service Management project to be visible on the Customer Portal.

The system automatically saves the selection.

→ you can disable / enable usage data collection

The system automatically saves the selection.

→ you can access the Support and Documentation of My Tasks.

→ you have a shortcut to the JSM customer portal:

When you click on either the Support, or Documentation button in the upper right corner of your screen → a confirmation dialog appears with directions that the link leads outside Jira
