As a Jira Service Management (JSM) administrator, you can easily configure My Tasks. There are two options to access My Tasks Configuration:

→ from the main Jira menu, select Settings (located in the upper right corner of your screen) → Apps → My Tasks: Get started

→ from main Jira menu → Apps → My Tasks

From here, you have several options:

→ You can enable My Tasks, which will make it visible on the Customer Portal for all Jira Service Management projects and all users.

The system automatically saves the selection.

→ you can disable / enable usage data collection

The system automatically saves the selection.

→ you can access the Support and Documentation of My Tasks.
