As a JSM administrator, you can select where to have access points for Advanced Requests Report on the JSM portal. To do this, go to the Global configuration panel, → Access point on the portal tab and select/deselect the access points and then save the configuration.

I If you need to temporarily hide all access points to the report from your JSM Help Center customers, you can deselect all options from the list.
