As a Jira Service Desk Management administrator, you can select what is to be visible to the customers per project, by following the steps:

  1. Click on the Project settings in the left sidebar menu of your Jira Service Desk Management project.

  2. Click on Advanced Portal Reports at the end of the left sidebar menu.
