If you are a Jira Service Desk Administrator and you want to select what is to be visible to the customers per project, follow the steps:
Click on the Project settings in the left sidebar menu of your Jira Service Desk project.
Choose Click on Advanced Portal Reports at the end of the left sidebar menu.
