Request view fields configuration

With our app Service Desk Agents can increase the number of request details provided to the customers.

The additional fields are:

  • available for each request on the Customer Portal

  • configured per Service Desk project

  • up to 5 fields


  • Show Advanced Request View -> If enabled, on the Request view page will be displayed selected additional fields.

  • N fields selected -> The Service Desk Agent selects which fields to be displayed on the Request view page.

Don’t forget to save the configuration. When the confirmation box shows up, you are all set up.
