As a JSM administrator, in the project configuration you can select to show Worklog Report on the JSM customer portal, choose to show only Tempo billable hours and/or restrict users and groups.
From Project configuration you have shortcut to the JSM customer portal:
→ On the upper right corner of the screen click on Go to Customer Portal button

→ In order to access Support Center → On the upper right corner of the screen click on Support button
→ In order to access Documentation → On the upper right corner of the screen click on Documentation button
