If the JSM administrator has entered information about a support contract for a specific JSM project, JSM Help Center customers can see the Contract info on the portal by clicking Show contract button from Worklog Report

JSM customers can see info about the type of contract, start and end date, number of contracted hours and how much time was logged and left from these contracted hours.
