As a JSM administrator, you can select to show Workload Worklog Report on the JSM customer portal from Show Worklog Report tab in project configuration of Worklog Report.
→ Select In order to do so, select Show Worklog Report on Customer Portal checkbox to show Workload Report on the JSM customer portal.
