As a JSM Project administrator, you can select to show Tempo billable hours in Worklog Report from Tempo billable hours tab in project configuration of Worklog Report→ Select .
This is possible only in case you integrated with Tempo.
→ In order to do so, select Use Tempo billable hours for this project
