A Global view is a set of filter criteria (specific report layout) that the JSM projectadministrator can save and provide to the customers. When the JSM customers open such Global view in the Advanced Requests Report, they will see the same set of filters that the administrator has set for them.

(warning) Save new Global view option is available only to the JSM project administrators!

  • When the JSM project administrators saves a Global view, it immediately becomes available to all customers in the project!

  • The option to save and delete a Global view is available only to the JSM project administrators!
