A Global view is a set of filter criteria (specific report layout) that the projectadministrator can save and provide to the customers. When the JSM customers open such Global view in the Advanced Requests Report, they will see the same set of filters that the administrator has set for them. |

As a JSM Help Center administrator, you can create a certain report layout and save it as a Global view, so that your JSM Help Center customers can access it later.
