Onboarding dialog will appear to announce that the Global views option is already available only for the JSM administrators. After the firs timefirst opening, the onboarding dialog will be automatically dismissed.

The JSM administrator has already selected some filter criteria.
In the upper left corner on the screen (of Advanced Requests Report view) there is a button option Saved views that provides the option to save this set of filters as а Global view.

4. On click a drop down menu with an option to Save new Global view will appear.

5. Clicking on When Save new Global view is clicked an option appears to name this view and save it. For example: Custom Report 1.

7. All views can be accessed from the Saves Saved views menu.
8. The Global view Custom Report 1 can be deleted any time by the administrator using the bin symbol at the end of the named view after confirmation.
