As a JSM Help Center customer, you can access Worklog Report through JSM customer portal from Requests list and use the Export options.

Worklog Report provides two types of exporting:

  • Standard export

  • Detailed export

Standard export

Standard export provide overview of the logged issues and associated time entries:

  • Issue Type: This represents the nature of the issue.

  • Reference Issue: The key to the referenced issue.

  • Time Spent: The total time spent on each issue, aggregated across all work logs.

  • Issue Status: The current status (waiting for support, closed, in progress, etc.) of each issue.

  • Requester: The user who created the issue

Detailed export

Detailed export includes all of the information provided in the Standard export, with the addition of separate work logs for each issue on a second Excel page:

  • All of the details mentioned in the Standard export.

  • Individual Work Logs: A breakdown of the work logs for each issue. The information for each log contains:

    • Date: When the time was logged.

    • User: Which user logged the time.

    • Reference: The key to the referenced issue.

    • Description: The user’s description of the logged time.

    • Time Spent: How much time was spent, according to the log.
