Simple and easy way for your customers to edit their request to the Customer portal.

Customers often need to update or include additional information for their requests. The usual workflow is to contact the administrator. This actions can be often and the administrator need to be aware and make changes on behalf of the customer.

Modify My Request allows Portal Customers to edit Summary and Description field and the JSM administrator have the automated update in the main issue.
