Service Desk Agents can select what is to be visible to the customers per project.
In order to do that, follow the steps.
From your Jira Service Desk project click on the “Project settings“ in the left sidebar menu.
Then choose “Advanced Customer Reports Settings“ at the end in the left sidebar menu.
