As a JSM administrator, you can select to show Worklog Report on the JSM customer portal. Choose to show only Tempo billable hours and restrict users and groups.
From Project configuration you have shortcut to JSM customer portal:
→ On the upper right corner of the screen click on Go to Customer Portal button
Go to Customer Portal
→ In order to access Support Center → On the upper right corner of the screen click on Support button
→ In order to access Documentation → On the upper right corner of the screen click on Documentation button
