Linked Issues

As a JSM project administrator you can add Linked issues as a column so that JSM Help Center customers can see it and also search and filter by it.

If Linked issues are added to the report on the portal, it might take a little longer time to reload the Requests screen in order the requests to be displayed. It is due to security reasons, where not all existing Linked issues are considered during filtering, but only those that the customer has access to.

Third-party app fields are currently unsupported due to Atlassian APIs. Examples of such unsupported fields are Elements Connect, ProForma, Tempo, Custom Field Suite, etc.

We don’t support third-party fields because it is unknown what data format will be returned to us and there is no easy way to know whether the third-party add-on changes anything in the data structure which makes it difficult to maintain.
