My Tasks on the Customer Portal
My Tasks section appears in every request page on the top of the fields on the right.
My Tasks section contain tow buttons:

Once a request is added to My Tasks, a green label appears with a delete option.

The My Tasks page on the Customer Portal can be asses accessed under the profile menu by selecting My Tasks. There are three This page contains four request lists, each with a different automated sorting criterion, and one that is manually added by the customer.organized differently:

To Comment (tab):
This is a list with of all requests which might that may expect an answer or input from you. You will see here all unresolved requests you are the Reporter or participant of which latest comment includes a “?” symbol. |

This is a list with of all requests requiring your approval. In case a request requires an approval by another person as well, it will stay in the list until it is approved by everyone. |

The system automatically adds the requests in: To Comment, To Approve and To Transition tabs. My Tasks page is automatically updated every 10 minutes and also displays how many minutes have passed since the last update. |

My added tasks (tab):
This is a list with of all unresolved requests you, as the customer, have manually saved to My tasks - . You can delete a saved request either from the request page or from the My added tasks tab is a personal group of requests that the customer has added themselves. Portal Customer can delete a saved request from the request page and also from the My added tasks tab. |

My Tasks in a Request view

When you click this button, the request will be added to the My added tasks tab in My Tasks page.
