As As a JSM project administrator, you can enter information about a support contract for each JSM project to be which will become visible for the JSM Help Center customers.
As a JSM project administrator you can add one Contract per JSD project.
As a JSM project administrator you can choose the type of contract:

→ In order to do so, select Contract management tab in the Project configuration of Worklog Report → then Create contract button.
→ From the dialog Create contract choose the type of contract (Monthly contract hours or Fixed contract hours).

Monthly contract hours There are hours contracted per month, which means that the contracted hours renew every month until the end of the contract. |

Fixed contract hours There are fixed hours contracted for a certain time period. |
→ In order to do so, JSM project administrator in Project configuration need to select Contract management tab → from the options Create contract to choose Monthly contract hours or Fixed contract hours.

Selecting Monthly contract hours or Fixed contract hours, you need to enter Enter a start and end date of the contract and how many hours is the contract for; contracted hours and a description. image
→ Select Save and → the contract information appears in a table view. image.

Saving a contract will automatically show it to JSM customers if Worklog Report is enabled. |
If you want to see how the contract appears on the customer portal, you can do so by clicking on the Go to Customer Portal button.
→ You have the option to delete the contract.

Deleting a contract will remove it from Worklog report on the portal and it will no longer be visible for the JSM Help Center customers. |
JSM Help Center customers can see the Contract information on the portal by clicking Show contract button from Worklog Report →
