The vendor is responsible for provisioning, monitoring and maintaining the AWS infrastructure required to support the apps.Log information and backups are stored on AWSForge's hosted storage allows storing of data partitioned by Atlassian product and site. It can be used to store data in simple or complex data structures, accessible only to the app. Forge provides hosted storage for managing and querying stored data.
Forge's hosted storage also provides data residency features that allow admins to control where app data is hosted. This allows the app to support data residency simply by storing all in-scope End-User Data exclusively on Forge hosted storage. See Data residency (https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/data-residency/) for more information.
