As a Jira Service Management (JSM) administrator, you can easily configure My Tasks. There are two options to access My Tasks global configuration Configuration:

from the main Jira menu by selecting , select Settings (located in the upper right corner of your screen) → AppsModify My RequestTasks: Get started

From here, you have several options:

you You can enable My tasksTasks, which will make it visible on the Customer Portal for all Jira Service Management project. imageprojects and all users.
