If you use both Advanced Portal Reports for JSM and Feature Bundle apps for your JSM Help Center customers , in order and you want to show a link to Advanced Portal Reports to be visible with as a banner in Feature Bundle, you need to add Advanced Portal Reports as banner in use the Feature Bundle using Banners feature.
→ In order to do so, please select from Select Editor → HTML → and then place this text in the textbox:
