Overriding Restrictions for the Request Form Fields in Jira

If the JSM administrator has set specific restrictions for the request form fields in Jira, Modify My Request will override them.
For example:
→ If Summary or Description field has a default text set and customer is not allowed to enter their own text when creating the request, enabling Modify My Request will allow them to edit the default text.
→ If Summary or Description field is hidden and the customer is not allowed to fill it when creating the request, enabling Modify My Request will allow them to fill it.
