Create sets of filter criteria on the portal
As a JSM Administrator you can support JSM Help Center customers who have repetitive reporting tasks, such as monthly or quarterly reports, which require applying the same set of filters and search criteria each time.
To address this need, organizations can use Advanced Portal Reports for Jira Service Management.
Advanced Portal Reports for JSM allows JSM Help Center customers to save personalized report views and access them at any time through the Saved Views feature. This enables customers to quickly reuse the same filters and layouts for recurring reporting needs and export their data without repeating the configuration steps.
At the same time, JSM administrators and agents can create Global Views to define standardized report layouts that are shared with all portal customers in a project. This ensures consistent visibility and reporting across the organization, while still giving individual customers the flexibility to create and manage their own Saved Views based on their specific needs.
Please note that only administrators and agents can create, save, or delete Global Views.
