Advanced Portal Reports Limitation for Open JSM Portals

Advanced Portal Reports cannot be properly used in Jira Service Management portals with open access - i.e. portals where users do not have accounts and are not required to log in. The app will be enabled but all of the access points will be hidden for the anonymous users.

To process requests and perform necessary checks - such as determining which organization a user belongs to, what data they are allowed to view, etc. - Advanced Portal Reports relies on executing queries on behalf of the logged-in user. This authentication is essential for ensuring data security and personalized visibility.

This requirement also applies to the display of additional fields that are dynamically shown based on user context.

In order to use Advanced Portal Reports, users must be authenticated (logged in) when accessing the portal.
