Change the text on the access button for Advanced Portal Reports
As a JSM administrator, you can change the text on the Advanced Requests Report access button on the portal.
→ To do this, go to the Global configuration → Access point on the portal tab → under Change the text on the access button for Advanced Requests Report option fill in the text field.
The system automatically saves the selections.
The default text is: Switch to Advanced Requests Report →

→ If no access point option has been selected there is a massage that Advanced Requests Report is not visible on the JSM Help Center.
→ If User Profile option is selected under Access points for Advanced Requests Report for Jira Service Management customers the option Change the text on the access button for Advanced Requests Report is unavailable. The JSM administrator needs to select at least one option different from User profile to enable the option for changing the button text.
→ When at least one option ( except User Profile) is selected from Access points for Advanced Requests Report for Jira Service Management customers → Change the text on the access button for Advanced Requests Report option is enabled.
→ Fill in the text field (Add text) with a custom name or leave it empty to use the default name.
