Show additional fields in portal ticket (Advanced Request View)
As a JSM project administrator, you can show additional fields on the portal tickets and thus JSM Help Center customers will be provided with additional request details. You can choose from all standard and custom Jira fields.
The additional fields will be displayed on the portal ticket listing in the same order you selected them in the configuration.
The additional fields are:
configured per Service Management project,
selected by the JSM project administrator,
available for each request on the Customer Portal.
The system automatically saves the selections.
