Once you have the report, you can filter the results by:

by Status
You can filter results by request status or task state:
You can choose from the pre-defined Open Request, Closed Requests or Any Status
You can additionally filter by workflow state. Simply go to Filtering by Issue State.
by User
By clicking on the third drop-down menu, you can filter results by Created by Me, Created by Anyone and Where I Am a Participant.
by Workflow status
When filtering by Workflow Issue Status, all available filtering criteria will be listed just under the default settings of Open Requests, Closed Requests and Any Status.
