As a JSM administrator, you have two options to can access Modify My Request from Get started:→ global configuration from the main Jira menu by selecting Settings (upper right corner of your screen) → Apps → Modify My Request: Get started

→ you can select andgo to the Jira Service Management project you want to configure Modify My Request for.

When you click on either the Support, or Documentation button in the upper right corner of your screen → a confirmation dialog appears with directions that the link leads outside Jira.
