Access Project Configuration
As a JSM administrator, you have two options to access Modify My Request project configuration:
from the main→ From Jira menu
: Go to the→ click on the three dot menu option of a Jira Service Management project you want to configure Modify My Request for → Select Project settings

Scroll down andselect Modify My Request
under Apps menu from the left.
from Global Configuration
/Go to tab → Select project to configure → Select Jira Service Management project you want to configure Modify My Request for → Click Go to project
Modify My Request: Project configuration
→ Select project to configure
→ Select project
→ Go to project to configure it
Configure fields to be edited
Once you access the project configuration of Modify My Request, as a JSM administrator, you can select which fields you want to let customers edit:
