A Global view is a set of filter criteria (specific report layout) that the JSM projectadministrator can save and provide to the customers. When the JSM customers open such Global view in the Advanced Requests Report, they will see the same set of filters that the administrator has set for them. |

Onboarding dialog will appear to announce that the Global views option is already available only for the JSM project administrators. After the first opening, the onboarding dialog will be automatically dismissed.

In the upper left corner on the screen (of Advanced Requests Report view) there is a button option Saved views that provides the option to save this set of filters as а Global view.

On click a drop down menu with an option to Save new Global view will appear.

7In addition, you can copy the URL of a Global View for quick sharing of the predefined report view:
→ Simply click the new copy icon next to the Global View name to copy the URL and send it to any colleague. They can open it in their browser and instantly access the same view, complete with all predefined filters.
