As a JSM administrator, you can enable Modify My Request from the project settings of any Jira Service Management project.


Enable Modify My Request

→ From Project configuration you can show Modify My Request button on the Customer portal for the specific Jira Service Management project by clicking on the Enable Modify My Request on Customer portal checkbox.

As a JSM administrator, you can monitor every edit from the issues in Jira. All updates are listed under an issue as comments.
